Crossing boundaries has been a constant feature in the life of Steven Epperson: from rural to urban, Mormon to Unitarian, university professor to parish minister, and from US citizen to dual US/Canadian citizen. Constants for Steven have included an obsession with learning, a passion for music, deep commitment to social justice, and love for his partner and family. He wants religion to deepen our spiritual and ethical lives, lead us to serve others and, by doing so, find our better selves. Steven has been the minister of the Unitarian Church of Vancouver since 2002, and was one of the original circle of interfaith leaders that founded the InterSpiritual Centre of Vancouver Society in 2004.
