Aline La Flamme
Aline La Flamme of Good Medicine Consulting is a Metis grandmother, pipe carrier, Sundancer, drum maker, singer, traditional healer, therapist and workshop facilitator. She is the founder and past Executive Director of the Aboriginal Front Door Society, located in Vancouver’s Dountwon East Side, and founding member of the Daughters of the Drum. Her education incudes a degree in Criminology with a Psychology minor, two years of special training with UW Psychiatric Departnment, as well as many years of traditional teachings from respected Indigenous Elders.
Aline brings a deep wisdom, lots of laughter and a gentle heart wherever she serves. She has been either a Director of the society or an Advisor to the ISC since its inception in 2004, and throughout many of its transformations.
